Mr. Darnell focuses his practice on civil litigation with a focus on complex litigation involving multiple parties and claims. Mr. Darnell has handled a wide variety of civil cases including insurance defense, bad faith insurance claims, residential and commercial construction disputes, and fraud.

Mr Darnell currently resides in Ringgold, Georgia with his wife, who is a commercial real estate attorney and their dog, Kennedy, a Staffordshire Terrier. Mr. Darnell enjoys, cooking, camping, and spending time with his wife and dog.
